Hi there, from this side of the screen is Gonçalo and this is my review of London. One of the funniest things that kept happening was hearing the Londoners trying to pronounce my name the right way, sometimes they just gave up and just said Gonzales with Spanish accent or Goncalo, in fact very few people were able to pronounce my name correctly. There are many cultures on the streets of London, you are always hearing people speaking Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, very few Portuguese, Arab, Indian, Japanese, Cantonese and German, in fact, more than 300 languages are spoken in the region. There are plenty of places to visit and things to see, like:      Big Ben      London Eye      Sea Life London Aquarium      Westminster Palace      Westminster Abey      St. James Park      Green Park      Buckingham Park      HydePark   ...

The journey and adventure through London came to an end and we are already missing it and its environment. We came to Lisbon on July 26th through a TAP flight.

The Zoo is so enormous that it took us 6 hours to see everything, and even then we only saw 1 show, the Penguin Beach Live!, but unfortunately we lost some photos because we didn't save them all.

On this past sunday we had a very busy day. First we went to on a tour in the Arsenal Stadium - Emirates Stadium on the morning, and in the afternoon we went to see Chinatown and M&M's World.

A new weekend, a new opportunity to see the London. We started by meeting at the entrance of St Paul's Cathedral, with the next stops being the Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe . After that we went to Wagamama since it was already lunch time. But we didn't stop by there and we continued to explore some of the most well known turistic attractions like the London Bridge, Coca Cola London Eye, Big Ben, etc.

We had a meeting at Twin to talk about our internships with Barry, the Internships Administrator, and with our Placement Officers where we discussed on what we should do at our companies interviews and general stuff.

Our trip began early by leaving Portugal and cacthing an airplane at 10:05 am. When we finally arrived at Bethnal Student Living you could already see some of the traditional weather here in the UK as it started raining. So we decided to take the rest of the day to unpackage our lugagge and to rest. But as new day came, a new adventure came as we went to see the famous Camden Lock. At lunch time we ate a British Breakfast. But we didn't stop by there and we went to Hampstead Heath. And that is the end of our first weekend in London.
