Today Mark showed me how to fix a UPS and the various error that UPS can give you So we tried to fix two but they had the same problem first was the fan then we replace for new ones but it wasn't working so we came to a conclusion that the problem was the main board Then we fixed the last one replacing the control board and the communication board. Another day has past. Today my teacher Filipa Ferreira went to my company to see how the thigs were going and understand what I´m going to do in the intership.      Later I was in a meeting where we talk about            Remote Control in PLC´s.      Remote Control is basiclly communicate with a        PLC that it´s in another part of the                              country/world.      After the meeting I went to the office and a few        minutes later Jim, my supervisor, came to me.      There I showed the app that I´ve developed              yesterday        while Jim was out of the company. Jim loved it and he requested me to change the app to make a joke with another guy of the company Trevor, instead the app shows the message Where are you Jim? it shows Sod off Trevor. Buenas noches, hemos llegado a Santiago, muy bien.

Today was my 2nd day as trainee. Like I expected today I was on time on Park Automation. Even before my supervisor that wasn´t there all day. So I review some of the videos about SIEMENS PLC´s it wasn´t nothing special, but some time later I´ve already seen the videos so I start to do some things at my way, because Jim my supervisor didn´t leave me tasks, so I started developing an app. This app it´s like a joke, and if you wanna know what I´m saying see the video right bellow. There's Luís and António washing all the kitchen utensils. It was very hard but they did it quite well. Pedro and David cooked a faster dish with eggs, tuna fish and rice. António did a very tasty spagheti with cheese and fried bacon.  Diogo and Luís made a very good roasted pork loin with rice.  Pedro and David cooked a delicius chicken in the pan with spagheti and tomato.  Unfortunetly everyone was so hungry that nobody risked leaving the table to take a picture.  David ironed all his shirts and he's going to do tutorials to his housemates.  He's "pro" now! 

We had a meeting at Twin to talk about our internships with Barry, the Internships Administrator, and with our Placement Officers where we discussed on what we should do at our companies interviews and general stuff.

Today it was my first day as a trainee At 9:02 AM I picked up the bus and at 10:00 AM I hopped off in Heron Road, so when I hopped off the bus I couldn't find my company so Tracey went to pick me up but we didn't know where each other were, when i walked down the road near to the bus station I found tracey and she guided me to the HQ, then she presented me Mark and he is my supervisor, he taugth me things about (UPS) which are Uninterruptible Power Supply and he taught something called as bypass which is basically a way to maintain the load online when the UPS. Today was my first time as trainee. At 9:02am I have picked up the bus and at 10:00am I hop off in Dargan Road, I was late today because I couldn´t find the company but tomorrow I will be there on time. This morning I was in the office with another intern student and I was helping him in Software named as AutoCad. At the Afternoon my supervisor Jim prepose me to watch some videos about the PLC´s (programmable logic controller) of SIEMENS that is a partner of Park Automation the company where I'm doing my intership. In the company everybody were very symphathetic and helpful people, I will really enjoy my intership. I came back home at 16:30pm.  It was an incredible day I have great expectations for tomorrow. Our trip began early by leaving Portugal and cacthing an airplane at 10:05 am. When we finally arrived at Bethnal Student Living you could already see some of the traditional weather here in the UK as it started raining. So we decided to take the rest of the day to unpackage our lugagge and to rest. But as new day came, a new adventure came as we went to see the famous Camden Lock. At lunch time we ate a British Breakfast. But we didn't stop by there and we went to Hampstead Heath. And that is the end of our first weekend in London.
