I'm here to talk about my experience in the Erasmus + program.
This trip has been really challenging for me because we have to get used to another lifestyle than we are accustomed.
In Forchem, the internship has been going well, they always gave me tasks to do and I learned a lot since that.
As for life outside the stage, as I said it is challenging and besides that, although there is little to do in the city it becomes very different from the one I was used to in Portugal, I can and did different things,
